David Mervar is a Christian lay preacher who was asked to step down from many of his ministry positions because he got too "political" in speaking out against abortion, homosexuality and the responsibility of the Christian to hold their government accountable.

He ran as a State Representative candidate with one goal in mind, get elected to help pass a bill that would completely outlaw abortion in our state.
